Aventura Pups the Dog Boutique @ the Aventura Mall

After 2 days use the zip from the bag destroyed. After I go there to get my money back or to become a new bag back the wont cooperate . The only thing is that they say to me the bring it to the manufacturer I spend more then 150 dollar for Uber for pick it up again from the shop they dont come to me with a discount or a present for wasting my time and book my fly to another day but at the end they changed the zipper in the manufacture under a week . And make a good job to with change but it feels like you must bring it to the manufacture and have no rights to become your money back . The owners was friendly after a few days but all the drama for a bag . It feels weird.

This place should get zero star. The owner has a bad attitude to customers. Bad business model and bad return policy. Items are overpriced, break easily and non-durable. Think carefully before buying from this store.

Found just what we were looking for, dog pajamas ! Bring your dog so you can try it on and make sure it fits. Recently came back and its better than ever ! Got some unique toys along with doggy bubbles !! They really took care of me :)
