        I don't think I've ever experienced more apathetic customer service. Actually, it may not be apathy as much as it is stupidity. Either way, plan on waiting a long time at the register. The store is understaffed. And the people who are working there really couldn't care less. UPDATE: I contacted the 866 customer service number, and provided details of my disappointing experience. Hopefully, the store manager will take what I said to heart, and correct things accordingly. Thank you for listening.

        I was taking my dog to the Supermarket closest to me on 152 st. Unfortunately their Pet wash stations always filthy. They hand you the shampoos all mixed in the wrong containers or overdiluted and full of dog hair. Towel bins are always full. Nobody there cares and it shows. However this Pet Supermarket on 88th is the best and CLEANEST one I've seen. The manager Terry is a gem, always helpful and keeps the place running great. The staff is always great! Love bringing my dog here for his bath. It's worth the drive if you use the wash stations regularly.
