        She's great with animals and her staff too. If she finds a anything wrong with my dog that I may have missed she calls me right away and gives me recommendations. The service is quick and my dog and cat come out smelling fresh and clean!

        I called in today to get prices and information. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was put on a speaker phone all the time while the owner was telling the person what to say. Owner was very rude the way how she talked. Will not be going to a place with such arrogant customer service skills.

      Happy New Year Kami! We apologize if you felt that placing you on speaker was unprofessional however we have new staff on board and we use these calls for training purposes as well. We hope to provide better customer service as the training moves along. Again, we apologize for this unpleasant experience.
