Brought my dog in for grooming and right after he got home had diarrhea and vomiting and when I called them they told me what ever it was is my fault they did nothing wrong. They also can never keep the same groomers on staff terrible service. responding to Woofgang, yes I called 4 days later, my concern was Bailey, how ever you did say you some times give them a treat BEFORE THE GROOMING. HE DID NOT LEAVE WELL ,WILLIAM TOLD MY HUSBAND when he picked Bailey that he was not co-operating. Why you guys did not take the time to call us and just continued the grooming I have no idea also when the appointment was made no one told us Ifrain was no longer working at Woofgang, he was the groomer Bailey was use to. the time you took to write back on my review would have been better served with a phone call to ask how Bailey was doing. You must understand some of us do consider our pets as family members.

Claire is the best! She is so sweet and does exactly what I want with my fur babys haircut. She always talks to me before and after the cut and even remembered us when we were away for a while. The staff is always friendly and I even got free photos for Easter! Thanks Claire and Woof Gang team!

We have been taking my Pomeranian Male, Stark here a couple of times and they never cut our dogs hair how we want. We took him on Jan 29 to cut his hair exactly how he has it on the LAST picture I linked to this review. The dog looks NOTHING to what I (very specifically) explained to the Groomer, it was an atrocious job. The dog does not even look like himself and it makes us very angry. This isn't even a one time issue it has happened before, and even happened to one of my family members whom I recommended this place too. I will not be bringing my dog here ever again.
