Miami's Pet Grooming (Mobile)

ITS A SHAME I HAVE TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY DON'T DESERVE THAT! IT'S THE WORST GROOMING SERVICE IN MIAMI, IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT! AND I SAY DO NOT! USE THEM. THEY HAVE LEFT MY DOG IN A STATE OF SHOCK THAT THE VET CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS PURE TORTURE WHAT THEY DID TO MY DOG. CALLED NICHOLAS WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE THE PLACE AND WOULDN'T EVEN BE MAN ENOUGH TO ANSWER THE CALL AND ADDRESS THE PROBLEM (COWARD). FILED A COMPLAIN WITH ANIMAL SERVICES AND HAVE AN OPEN INVESTIGATION AGAINST THEM ALSO TAKING LEGAL ACTION. SO PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET STAY AWAY.

Amazing services its been almost two years with this company and I had try almost all the groomers they need to work better with the text messages and times . But today I had Carlos and he was amazing . This person showed me he really does what he loves its not just cutting hair or washing a dog . Is caring for them . And he was honest and polite . Best best best . I would love to have him as my groomer again . My dad is so happy he started playing with my son and sleeping good . Usually you know when something is off with the dog but his emotions show me the opposite .

Im visiting our family in Miami from California and I booked an appointment last minute to get my dog groomed before we got back to California. Im very happy with the service my puppy received. The call center manager was very communicative and helpful. He called me to confirm the appointment and verify what I wanted to get done on my 9 months old maltipoo. I wanted to make my puppy feel special and great since it was his first grooming. Very thankful for the groomer that got my puppy looking this handsome. Thank Miami Pets Grooming for everything and I hope to be back soon.

LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.. I was very flexible to switch my 5PM mobile groomer from 5PM to 5:45 because Isabelle was running late. No problem! She showed up at 6:20PM and she was incredibly rude. I explained she can park in the garage or on the street. She refused which baffled me. I have lived in Miami for 20years and will never, ever use this company again. Beware!!!!
