Fantastic pest service. I have can't speak highly enough of their responsiveness when issues arise. We know as all Floridians should that bugs will pop up from time to time, but their team show up and addresses the concern quickly. Thanks to you and your team Eddie!

STAY AWAY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Worst pest control company! Ants and spiders still all around and if you're not happy with the service get ready for the headaches!! Requested to cancel and a refund. Was told manager will call me. 3 weeks after I repeatedly called about my refund the manager finally called. Here is where the headaches really started!! I start talking and the manager Immediately interrups me and talks over me after 5 minutes of this I just hang up. Talk about rude and unprofessional customer service!! I will have to talk to my credit card company about the situation and see if I can get my money back!!

I would give this company zero stars!! The quality is horrible. I still have ants and spiders! I called to cancel and requested a refund a month ago and they stated the manager will call me. They finally called and started to argue and speak to me in a very rude manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
