DBC is incredible. I started training with Joana Ortega because I had lower back pain that was starting to impact my mobility. Within a few weeks the back pain was gone and we were working on serious strength training. Instead of dealing with pain and limitation I was doing deadlifts, squats and heavy lifting and feeling amazing. My sessions with Joana were the highlight of my week and one of the things I miss most about living in Miami. The environment at DBC is also great - very welcoming but also intense and motivational. Highly recommend.

I tried a few gyms in LA and Miami and Im so glad I joined the DBC family! The facility is immaculate with the most advanced and recent equipment to train like an athlete. The staff is so welcoming, making you feel like its a second home. The recovery room is my fav with cold plunge, infrared sauna, recovery boots and everything to make you feel rejuvenated after an intense training. Last but not least, my trainer Lissy is the best Ive ever had, shes very knowledgeable, attentive and has been a great motivator for the past 6 months, Im so happy with the results I have achieved so far! I've never felt better physically or mentally than I do now and Im so glad I found my go to gym and trainer in Miami!

Ive been training with Eric story for the past decade. Its been an amazing journey of fitness and friendship, getting stronger with time . Eric is the epitome of professionalism and is knowledgeable in the field. He is definitely a positive influence in my life and someone I look up to. He is focused and committed to fitness. Does his best to accommodate my sessions to my convenience . Their new location is a state of art facility with brand new equipment and a joy to workout at. Grateful for training with this top notch trainer in Miami
