I bought the Groupon for a new set and 2 week fill. The lashes and glue are cheap. I take good care of my lashes and within a week they were clumped together and pulling. I'm new to the neighborhood and am very disappointed

My experience with this spa salon was completely unpleasant from the first moment. I called to make an inquiry and was met with an extremely rude person on the other end of the line. When I asked her about her services, her only response was that she was not the receptionist, but why is she answering the phone then? To make matters worse, after asking another question, he simply hung up. What a lack of professionalism and courtesy! If this is the attitude they display on the phone, I don't even want to imagine what it would be like in person. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!

I called today at 4 pm to make an appointment since I bought a Groupon and the lady who answered told me that she was not the receptionist, she refused to take my appointment and hung up on me, the service is terrible

My eyelashes were poor, all separated, after a week I had almost nothing, I paid for the full price and the refill. I went to get a refill a week later and she treated me very badly. I just left her my money. Good Luck with her. Service: Eyelash enhancements
