It was my first time visiting Miami, and I needed a fresh new perfume. I had the pleasure of stopping by the Jo Malone store in the Brickell mall and had the pleasure of meeting Emma! it was such a fun experience as it was my girlfriends first time in the store. Emma was there to explain all of the products, scents, new collections, layer wearing, and more to us with all the good vibes and professionalism! The store is just so beautiful and the ambiance is on point Thank you so much for your kindness and your help. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for exceptional service to come on over!

I surprised my sister in law and close friends with a ladies day out. As we entered, we were greeted with smiles. Felt so welcomed. Jen, Emma and Dana are so great! Theyre so professional. Visit them at Jo Malone at the Brickell. So awesome! Thank you ladies for making us feel so special.
