While I understand that lowballing is a common business practice, the way they did it was extremely disrespectful. However, what really bothered me was the attitude of the person at the counter. This was my second visit to the store, and both times I witnessed him mistreating other customers in front of me. Unfortunately, I received the same treatment from him as well. It's disappointing to see that other reviews mention the same issue, and it's clear that this is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. Overall, I cannot recommend this business due to the unprofessional behavior of their staff.
