Alpha party rental is the place to call for your party services and water slides, I called Francisco a day before and had what I was looking for at an affordable price. His driver was efficient and very professional also friendly. I am renting from them next month .

I called a week before the event to rent and everything went smoothly but one day before the event (the day they were supposed to deliver the tables and the chairs) they cancelled on me last minute. Saying they dont deliver in apartment buildings even though I specified it was an apartment in downtown Miami and the guy on the phone said that it was fine. Plus they said I lied and never said the place was downtown, which makes no sense because how else would you deliver the tables if I didnt give you an address?? Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Definitely wouldnt rely on them. Thankfully I found Christinas Rental and they delivered the day they canceled and were super understanding. Seeing another review on them thats similar to mine, seems that messing up last minute is a thing theyre picking up so I would steer clear.
