    The absolute worst staff Ive ever encountered! They didnt see me because I didnt show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment. Im supposed to be a kind reader to know that. I showed them emails, texts and all Communication showing NOWHERE that I was to arrive 30 minutes early. They were absolutely horrible! Insensitive and didnt give a damn about my troubles to arrive

    I waited 3 months for an appointment to be called the morning of and have it cancelled. I live 3 hours away so I had to take off work and travel for this. One of the two doctors who was supposed to see me had an emergency but no other doctors with the practice could accommodate me. The way this practice operates is abysmal and their patient care is very evident with the way they handle business. They said they could see me but I would have to wait another 3 months and take off a whole other day of work and travel again. Deplorable behavior.

    Its almost impossible to talk to someone in this office! You get always the call center, they tell you theyll send a message so you get a call back and that doesnt happen! Ive called 4 times today regarding a prescription and an injection and no response! Ive been trying to contact them since last Wednesday. Worst customer service ever!!

    I just tried to see this doctor for the first time today. They called me yesterday telling me that they did not have my referral still and that I had 3 hours to provide it. I called my PCP and they sent it over. After a runaround of confusion I spoke to someone at this office that said they received the referral and that I was good to come in. When I got there today they said that they had not received it and that I had no appointment. I showed them the email I had sent to the address they gave me and they told me to wait a moment. A few minutes later I was called in to speak with a manager. She explained to me that they did not receive my referral on time and that I also was supposed to arrive 30 minutes early. I told her that I was not advised of that either. She then began to launch into what seemed a court case where she wanted to play back my phone calls at the message center to prove my fault. I mean, I am not sure what the patient experience should be exactly But I am pretty sure that launching into a diatribe over a referral is not the way to treat someone with a potential autoimmune disorder trying to seek help.
