Totally correct, dr Mclaughlin is that perfect balance between young enough to be up to date with current practices and still have a wealth of knowledge of a vetern doctor. Bedside manner is fantastic and he makes sure to take the time and explain everything so one can understand everything. I haven't come across many doctors that i feel this way about, but im definitely happy to have found dr Mclaughlin.
The front desk staff could maybe use a little bit of dr Mclaughlins pep, as they seem a tad bit cold and to not sound too harsh, just uninterested in being there, let's just say. You'd be lucky to get them to even look you in the eye, much less get a warm smile or greeting. But not even that can take away from my experience with the doc.
