terrible costumer service. i was going to set up an appoiment but i prefer not to go just by the answers on the phone.

I got braces here, and everything was good until transitioning to retainers. After wearing retainers for a few months, the plastic for the roof of the mouth got damaged during a visit and instead of replacing the retainer they filed it which made it not only cut the roof of my mouth more but my tongue also. My parents and I kept requesting a replacement, but the employees refused to make a new retainer. Now, a few years later, after removing my wisdom teeth, I called for an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule the appointment for next week. I had to take time off work for this appointment, and when I showed up, the employees told me that they never rescheduled my appointment. The employees spend more time gossiping than actually helping. They talked down to me as if I was an idiot and was supposed to remember who I spoke to 2 weeks ago to reschedule my appointment. This was a complete waste of my time and the employees made it very clear they don't value you

Dr. Guia and Staff are Amazing and kind and just overall professional with great customer service skills. I love my Invisalign and cant wait to see my new smile. Thank You Dr.Guia.

We truly love Creative Ortho. Dr. Guia and her staff are excellent: very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend. Our whole family goes here (including extended family) and everyone is very happy!
