This is my second year going to target optical and I love it, they have an awesome team!!!
But at the same time I have something negative to say about how they came about calling me and explaining to me about the process of my schedule, in one of the texts they sent me i made sure to press YES for my appointment but the day before they sent me another one saying that if i didnt respond to that text they will cancel my apt so i called in to say that i was going and the lady that respond my call told me that if i came to my appointment late for 5 minutes they will cancel, then i wonder what about if i get there early and the dr for any reason cant see me at my time whats going to happen???
You guys need to change a little about the procedures with the appointments and you guys need to understand that I because of my work i dont have my phone with me at all times.
