Great office work environment. Quiet and clean. Building centrally located to everything in Brickell. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.

Clean office but walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation on the floor and know every person's business. Staff is very ethnic and make you feel like you are truly in a different country with socialist-like service. Seems like they are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to even enter the space. THEY are the big top bosses. Do not bother them!

Work Plus is a great place! I've been here for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with Work Plus. Internet is fast and reliable, Claudio is always ready to help, the rooms are great, clean, and the meeting room is also great. The location is unbeatable. Very friendly environment. Five stars!

What a gem of a space! I run three companies with teams across the globe; am often on broadcasts, podcasts, or webinars; host clients for executive meetings; and I write books. So my needs when I moved to Miami were admittedly pretty picky and specific: Relative quiet (respectful co-tenants - no foosball and pool tables), available meeting rooms, private offices, 24//7 building access, the highest-speed internet available, and a kind and supportive office team. I tried the typical well-known brands (WeWork & Regus) and found one or more criteria lacking, then by chance I discovered Work Plus. Not only is the location ideal - in the heart of Brickell, but the space itself is incredible. Impeccably clean, and ticks every box for my needs. As a bonus, the team from front desk to management is expert attentive, and goes above and beyond to create an atmosphere of collaboration and professionalism. All office tenants are friendly and respectful and my clients who visit are always impressed with the space itself.
