it's a disaster, I've been billed for 6 months and I've asked to be billed again as indicated in my contract, monthly. Impossible, even though it's spelled out in my contract, and on top of that they want to bill me $500 late, even though I explained to them that I wanted to be billed monthly. They refuse to redo the bill. In short, flee from them.

Onsite staff are great, but the Spaces HQ (particularly the accounting dept) have been absolutely terrible to deal with. They would charge our company card without prior knowledge or consent and when you try to reach out to them to fix the issues, they only have chat bots and no phone number to call. Customer service reps are robot-like in their responses and have zero interest in solving your problems. Wouldnt recommend Spaces to anybody looking for office rentals

Had a meeting here and it was excellent. Parking garage adjacent to the facility. The property was clean and well-equipped. The staff was helpful and attentive. It exceeded my expectations.
