        Regus has been charging late fees on charges that do not belong to us. We have been waiting on credit for these – they keep promising and nothing appears. The amount of time needed to try and correct this has been huge…it is causing enough internal angst that we are hesitant to recommend Regus to others until this gets resolved.

        Wish I could leave this place a worse review. I have had offices ALL over Miami and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Watch out - Diana Tigani will likely be very helpful only until you sign the lease of course... then she'll stop responding to any of your texts / calls / or emails. I don't think I ever had a bill here where they didn't try to add some extra charges to it. Nothing that was promoted was delivered on and they'll squeeze you for everything they can with hidden fees like a cell phone service provider. And there is no way of contacting anyone in charge of billing or payments or really any other problem that you might have. If there's a problem in the office they will blame it on the building and tell you there's nothing they can do. Stay Away from this and the other Miami Regus...

        Company obsessed with your payment. 3 out of 5 FAQ's deal with how you can make your payment. I opened an account with them Sep 10th and made a credit card payment on the same day. On Sunday Sep 15th, got an email with service suspension plus admin fees due to an unpaid invoice. Would you trust your back office to a company that cannot even handle their back office? Customer service: I called on Sep 10 with questions. I got the call back on Sep 13! How can that be excellent customer service? Sep 17 (1 week later) I get welcome email from Regus - Wells Fargo Plaza with instructions and by then I've made 3 cancellation attempts by phone and email. Seriously guys, check out ipostal1 instead. Half the price, quick response time, people on top of their game with an entrepreneurial spirit. Otherwilse, welcome to the millenial dark side.
