Dr. Runyon has been my provider for 9 years now. I consider him to be one of the most thorough, most thoughtful, and knowledgeable providers I have ever had. Dr. Runyon is an amazing prover! 10/10 in my book!

I got referred to Doctor Eric Runyon from a nicu nurse. I have had nothing but a great experience with him. However I find it very unprofessional and unpleasant working with the actual clinic. Prior to my visit I was requested by Doctor Runyon to send over labs and someone will get back to me by the end of the day. No one ever got back to me. I would call several times during the day or week and it was the same issue. I could never get a hold of anyone. I had to schedule an appointment through Zoc doc. Apparently it was wrong as the girl in the first desk informed me because Im a pregnant patient. She was able to find something available later that day. I informed her the reason why was because no one was answering the call so I wasnt able to make an actual appointment unfortunately. In additional the last experience that was a complete nightmare. I was in California for a week and unfortunately I had a horrible break out. I called the clinic serval times and no one answered. Finally when I got someone on the phone. They were saying the same song as usual someone will get back the same day. Which never happens or happened that day. I never heard from anyone that day or days after. I didnt get not one call. Even after me being nasty from being so frustrated. I find it so unprofessional from the clinic. I had to pay a doctor $200 so he can speak to me telehealth for them to send out the medication because I already knew that no one was going to get back to me. I wasnt in shock either. When I didnt get a call. Which is concerning to me if Im trusting you guys with my pregnancy. The nurse practitioner tried to make it right and clean her side of the street. After!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which was the appointment for today March 13. So if I would have never figured it out on my own who knows what would had happened to my baby and I. I feel that your clinic does not take importance of your patients needs, with something so sensitive. We count and depend on our doctors to help and provide a service. This has never been the case.
