        I would love to give 5 star only for the doctor because the office customer service is not good at all. To communicate with the doctor is impossible they dont answer the phone never and is not they have to many patients calling is that their phone doesnt ring because I was there and I never heard a phone ringing.This is a medical office and we are seeking care please be more responsible.LOVE THE DOCTORS dont get me wrong but the front desk staff is very unprofessional.

        I love Dr. Penalver, and I am so grateful to be his patient. Lately, I haven't been able to schedule an appointment since nobody answers the phone, even after 3 pm as recommended. I would greatly appreciate it if you could call me to schedule my annual exam.
