If i could give negative100 stars i would. I had an appointment with them for ultrasound, first they had problem with my insurance when my insurance (united health care) where i pay $995/ month tried to speak to them , they were not willing to take the call , i could literally see them ignore my insurance representative's call , they let it ring for a while n told me they are not willing to speak and dont want to sort it out. Whole conversation was recorded by UHC representative who i was on call with the entire time and they agreed it was very unprofessional behavior from receptionist's end and going to put a note. I had the worst experience with one of the receptionist and the person incharge of the billing. I really hope and pray no other pregnant lady has to go through this ever again . I never met the doctor but i really hope doctor will look into her staff , pregnant women are already going through a lot without having to deal with rude people.

I cant say enough how relaxed and comfortable I felt having my ultrasounds done by Elizabeth. After going through trauma with a previous pregnancy she really takes her time each visit to make sure Im feeling reassured this time around. Truly thankful for her.
