I've been incredibly impressed with Julie at JuliENERGYnutrition since we started working together in December 2016. Julie has a balanced approach for long-term health solutions; she is not someone who believes in quick fixes or fad diets. I came to Julie for weight loss, and I am proud to report that I have achieved that with Julie's mindful teachings. As someone who has struggled with weight since I was a teenager, I am still in shock that I was able to reach my weight loss goals for the first time in my entire life. Slowly but surely, I've lost 25 lbs. and am now at the ideal weight for my age, height, and body type. I've maintained this weight loss consistently for 6+ months and counting (!), and I have Julie to thank for that.
