My mom was here for rehabilitation and my mother and our family have had an amazing experience. She was transferred from the hospital and began rehab the following day. The rehab team here is amazing. She had a roommate who was adorable, and became my mothers friend immediately. The staff is very friendly and speak Spanish, which was very helpful since that is the language my mom is most comfortable with. The food was great. Hopefully we wont have to return anytime soon, but if mom is ever in the same situation I will definitely bring her back here. They treated us like family and we will be forever grateful.

I have no idea if there is another center worse than this one, God forbid, and I hope that all the family members of patients who think about entering this center take the time to investigate and read the opinions before leaving their family member in the hands of These people who only care about how much they earn from them and not the quality of life and the quality of their stay in that place. Thank God my brother-in-law only stayed for 6 days but it was enough to have such a negative opinion of this place. Admission for therapy which only offered him 15 or 20 minutes a day and the rest of the day he had to stay in bed, he couldn't get up at all because even to go to the bathroom he had to call and he did so until they came to assist him he could spend up to 2 hours or more and I am talking about a 77-year-old person whose sphincter control is no longer the same, diabetic, hypertensive and with a lung condition where it is fatal to lie down all day. In these 6 days a doctor never visited him, only the nurses, the therapists and the social worker with the sole purpose of trying to convince him to stay living in the center. Today, because of her displeasure in that center, I personally called and supposedly spoke with the director of the social workers because we are worried because her sugar and blood pressure go up a lot when she gets upset and she no longer wanted to continue in the center and that lady is not professional at all. and has no ethics whatsoever. I give them 1 star because I have no way to give it less. God grant that no other patient goes through this.

The receptionist was super friendly She spoke fluent English and Spanish and was very charming
