Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

I have never been more impresses with the healthcare that I have witnessed here. My partners's father is 90 and very sick. The staff is genuinely concerned about his recovery. Sonia the ICU NURSE IS PHENOMENAL!!!!! She checks on him constantly and is extremely knowledgable. She answers and addresses all our concerns. The staff is so cohesive and really support one another. I fly home tomorrow but know he will be in very good hands. THANK YOU THANK YOU

The grade for this place is not A, it is much more thanks to the excellence with which everyone works. The facility is clean, comfortable, food and medicines are on time. The service is excellent, I have no complaints but praise and I am very grateful for how they take care of my mother who is very old and make her feel like a family and very comfortable and cared for. It is my second opportunity to leave my opinion and everything is maintained and I would like to congratulate the entire executive team and the owner of this place who make it work with excellence of discipline. Only one small detail needs to be improved and it is in reference to the disabled parking spaces where other people who do not need it park and it is unfair.

My whole family is happy with the attention I receive at this place. First they came to meet him, Mrs. Rita accompanied them on the tour and explained the entire admission and stay process to me. My thanks to Mara also for such good attention. I have a private room that I really like, the food is good and the nurses are always on time and are very attentive to everything. Daily grooming and changes are well taken care of. Very good therapy. I recommend victoria to everyone. Thank you so much.
