The place is full of roaches and mice. He doesn't do much maintenance on this location , he will take things from this apartment complex to make the other one nicer. Also as soon as you get somewhat comfortable roaches start crawling up the wall. He will raise your rent every 4 months you can count on that! Its really disgusting! look for other options!!

I have a homeboy that lives there and he has been their for about 5yrs or more & he take care of the facilities for the owner keeps everything running smooth while dealing with the tenants
