Ive been going to Abbys contortion class for almost a year now and just recently switched to 1:1 training with her! She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me with so many breakthroughs with my flexibility and strength. She is so welcoming, kind, and knows what shes doing. My backbends are forever grateful for her!! Dont sleep on her classes, you wont regret it!

I take all my Lyra classes with Abby Botnick. She is a great teacher and always helps me with strength exercises. By the end of the class she always puts a song so we can use our creativity and put a little improvisation together. I totally recommend this studio!

Big love for this place! I took most adult classes here for the past two years and I improved so much. Abby Botnick helped me tap into contortion and lyra skills I never thought possible! I was hired for multiple professional performances while training here. The instructors here are the best of the best! Shout out to Nicolas Allard, Silvia Dopazo and Uuve Jansson for challenging me and always being there to spot!

Was looking for options for flexibility training and so happy I came back to Ladd. Abby was great in helping me unlock my back! She was super sweet and attentive. One of the best flex coaches in miami!

Such a rude and unwelcoming experience for a first time being here, Abby Botnick was nothing but rude, she gave me a very unwelcoming look the moment I walked in. During class as a first timer when getting on the hoop upside down she kept telling me stop bending your back stop bending it, I have a back condition and told her that I couldnt just do that so easilyjust because I am a yoga teacher doesnt mean I am trying to show off. she didnt explain the anatomy of anything she just wanted us to do something right away without explaining stuff step by step to beginners, she just did one demo and expects you to remember the whole sequence.The rest of the class were already used to everything so I think whoever is coaching needs to make the class appropriate for all skill levels and backgrounds, not all bodys are the same She told me stop showing off your backbends Dont ever do backbends here again anymore How rude and unprofessional of her for the circus arts to have someone like this representing this institution, sadly they lost a valuable customer. The vibe was totally killed by this teachers mean ego I will be requesting a refund because I did not complete the class, didnt felt not welcome or respected by this rude teacher and left in the middle of her class.
