St. Anne's Nursing Center & Residence

If you leave a family member, loved one in this horrible place they will be ignored not fed or showered and treated horribly. Never in my life have I been to a medical place this bad I cant even fathom how this place is still open so please dont leave family in here if you love them.

We had to go and get my mother and pull her out of this horrendous place!! The supervisor Annia Juncos is extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. As we were leaving this demonic place even other staff members asked us to please do something for the sake and safety of the poor souls that were left behind to be tormented in this hellish place!

My mother, 90yo, with dementia has stayed in the hospice center twice so far. Those of you who care for someone with dementia know how scary new situations and new people can be, but the staff at St Annes made her feel so well cared for and safe. After both 5-day stays, she has come home with glowing reports of how wonderful everyone there was. From my heart, a huge thank you to them all. Edit: Shes been there 3 times now. Excellent!

Do not allow your loved one to come here. Most dirtiest place Ive ever seen. Its outdated and not clean AT ALL. The windows shades have accumulated dust, the floor is sticky, the area smells, theres trash on the floor. Horrible. I was horrified and we took our loved one right out she didnt even stay the night.

Im going to keep it to the facts only. The first time I visited my mom, she had a stack of meal trays that hadnt been collected all day. The second time I visited, there was an employee sitting in her room on her phone doing nothing, she ran away when she saw me. The third and most egregious thing was that medical capacity had been taken away from my mom, and they had her making her own medical decisions. They didnt call me a single time, Im pretty sure thats not legal. When I asked who made her medical decisions and why I wasnt informed they all had no idea. That is my warning about this place.
