        Frank will tell you what you want to hear until you put a deposit down, then communication is sketchy and more bare than the bare minimum. Initial call had me hopeful. But the full moving process was stressful with the lack of communication and answered phone calls from the moving team, as well as delays on pickup and delivery. 90% of reviews are fake (especially the ones of Indians/middle easterners), done by staff to offset the real reviews most of the staff that shows up are of the same descent.

      This person never booked a move with us! Please stop doing this! We don't even know you, we never moved you or had any business with you. If you are competitor please deserve your business with excellent customer service and great job not with messing up reputation other companies!!!!!
