Me and my family uprooted our life to move to Florida and got for lack of a better word completely scammed and screwed from this company. They didnt tell us our interest rate until the night before our closing day. They never would tell us numbers of any kind. We asked for the buy down interest rate numbers several times and never got it. We came into closing blindsided. The paper work wasnt ready until the night before our closing at that time we still didnt know anything. Of course closing day was full of bad surprises, hidden fees, the worse interest rate, and we didnt have another option at all. Tania was so hard to get ahold of and when we came with concerns she acted like everything was perfectly fine and laughed things off. It has been a horrible experience. We have been left in shock about just how bad it all was. Please please do not use them. Its not fair that companies like these can hurt hard working families and get away with it. Worst business experience of our life.
