        Being only for 7 months in the US, I struggled to find lenders who would do conventional primary residence loans for foreign nationals in Texas. Milo was able to find an option for me at a really competitive rate for this market (less than 7%). I also had a really tight closing date, but they managed to complete things on time. I would highly recommend this lender for foreign nationals looking to acquire a property in the US. thanks to Colin and Natalia @ Milo for guiding and assisting me throughout the whole process.
