Where to start? We just closed with Guaranteed Rate as Phillip ("PJ") as our loan officer. PJ was a breeze to work with. We received a loan approval in almost a week, and closed on our purchase almost three weeks early. From contract to close, it was less than 30 days! Phillip was on top of our file, giving us updates and always keeping us informed. He truly provided a white glove service all the way to closing and after! Recommended 1,000%, ask for PJ!!!
