        We worked with Carlos in our closing recently. He got us a great rate but it was very difficult to work with him. After finalizing the rate, he never talked with us. Even calling/texting him multiple times, we were not able to talk with him even once. For all our mortgage related questions, we had to either google or ask someone else.
