It is imperative to have good communication with your lender an Aniceto was always available to answer my questions. It was my first purchase and I am a very anxious person, so I like things explained so that there's no room for ambiguity or last minute changes. Make sure you have all your papers in order and follow their instructions and everything will go smoothly.
