Thanks to Jesse Mancuso I got the keys to my first home the day before Christmas Eve. My daughter and I were able to celebrate Christmas together in our own home for the first time together (with a fireplace and chimney ) . We have trees in our yard, a variety of birds and space to plant a garden and play ball! Im so excited I was referred to Jesse Mancuso! He answers every phone Call ; follows up daily and sets realistic expectations regarding costs & fees. Funding my first house was fun and easy!

First and foremost, you don't tell a client that you're out on a date but using your phone to respond to them. Your client is your money maker. No client = no money for a date. It took my husband to step in because Jesse was extremely lagging and unprofessional towards me. He waited 45 days after we were eligible to purchase a home and submitted tons of paperwork before mentioning any grants that may assist us with closing costs/down payments. I would not recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a home with a limited time frame to work with.
