This company does not specialize in bariatric products. The delivery drivers are not respectful towards the property they deliver to. It seems they do not know how to deliver products in a high-rise building with very tight hallways. Causing not only a fire hazard but blocking 3 apartment units from getting into their homes.
The language barrier is horrible. My relative only speaks English and half the time is not able to communicate with the staff because they play the 'we don't speak English' game. I'm sure their delivery drivers play that game too.
If we had someone in our household that spoke Spanish, I'm sure my relative would recieve 5 star service but nope. We receive ZERO star service.
Don't do business with this DME unless you speak Spanish and only need regular size supplies.
Some of the staff might be prejudice/ableist. There is not much the company can do to make up for this poor quality of service.
TL;Dr - This DME is not recommended for BIG PEOPLE and non-Spanish speakers.

As a caregiver for my older brother I had to do a lot of research on the internet for reliable medical supplies provider within my area. I found this company online and called them right away and I haven’t looked back. I’ve been using them for years now. They deliver the products on time. They’re much better than some other companies.

I had a Great experience with the customer representative who was very caring and supportive, I got the supplies for my bed bound Aunt on time. I got Prevail incontinence supplies which is a highly Absorbent adult diaper Brand. Highly recommended staff and knowledgeable.
