I love the most how they remind me about my appointments to make sure I don't stay behind in my treatment. Ive been receiving services from Universal Laser Center for 2+ years. In those 2+ years the services Ive received from the spa is Botox, lip fillers, ematrix, endermology, hydra facials, and laser. Ive been more then satisfied every time I visit the spa I always receive a warm welcome from Maria and offered a glass of water while I wait in their cozy waiting area. When provided my services they are always attentive to my needs and if Im comfortable, they are as well very clean in the facility. Highly recommend!

Love this place. I have been going twice a week for a few months now and i absolutely love the service, their staff and the wide variety of treatments they provide. They are super flexible your appointments and their availability. Ive been to many medspas in the past and this is the only one I can honestly say cares more about your results than pushing sales in unnecessary treatments. They strive to see results. Highly recommend!!

This place has the worst customer service ever. I was schedule for endermology treatment at 3 pm. I got there 10 min before my time, they had somebody else in the treatment. I had to wait outside for half 45 minutes because no body was at the from desk to give an explanation. They make you loose your time for free, but then when you call and cancel in advance they charge you. Thats what the policy says. When you ask for a manager , they dont have a manager to talk to.
