Excellent Service at Sanitas Coral Way Medical Center I recently visited for the third time at Sanitas Coral Way Medical Center located at 1313 SW 27th Ave in Miami, Florida, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jennifer, the receptionist, who provided me with top-notch attention. She was not only courteous but also displayed a high level of dedication in addressing my needs promptly. Jennifer's quick response and commitment to finding solutions truly made my visit stress-free and enjoyable. Her professionalism and exemplary customer service set a standard for other Sanitas Centers, including those in Doral and Hialeah, as well as the call center representatives. Jennifer's outstanding performance deserves recognition and serves as a testament to the quality of service provided at Sanitas Coral Way Medical Center. The center is excellent, very clean, the attention of the doctors and nurses is very friendly, but I cannot give the same opinion about the receptionists, they are very poorly educated in the way they serve the client. It should be noted that not all receptionists are the times I have visited the center. center are 2 girls who have always treated me very badly.

Dr Nelson Castellanos is excellent, in general everyone is very good, the nurse Norka, the PRC Jennifer, Lisbeth, Angie, the PXR Mara Elena, the CCA Amanda. Congratulations!!! I love you so much.
