The staff here is incapable to do their jobs , from the rude remarks , the racist short blonde lady drawing blood . No one in there speaks English . To not even having a manager or Coorpreat office phone number . This is by far the worst location Ive been to . If I could give 0 stars thats exactly what I would rate them !

Of all the Quest diagnostics the Bird Road is the best location. My issue is Quest closes to early, so they can't accommodate most of the people that need appointments fairly quick. Closing at 1pm does not make much sense. I think doctors should know what an inconvenience it is for their patients.
