        I was told the results will take 72hours but I am here after a week of wait and no results yet.

        Worst ever. Wait 7days for the results. When I called the lab, somebody asked for name and then hang up without any answer. Go to other covid test specially if you are about to travel.

        Went to get tested on Jan 5 did not get confirmation e-mail and no results as well. Called 800 number cannot speak to anyone. Was advised at testing site to do again did yesterday again and re registered no e-mail again terrible. Will not use again also my son and husband went the same day on Jan 5 my husband got his results last nite and ny son still has not received his and they were in same car??

        Its been 7 days and still no results, Ive tried calling and no answer.. it goes straight to voicemail. My mother and I tried visiting the place we took the test at and they dont want to talk to anyone or answer anyones questions, they only say to call the number.
