If I could not give them even one star I would. The service is terrible, the staff is rude and the organization is TERRIBLE. DON'T GO! They do everything in a bad way, disrespectfully and almost all the staff at the place don't speak, they SCREAM! Terrible place.

First they should change the name of the place because there is nothing excellent about it. I went to take my daughter and it took us longer than they had told us. We were there for two hours and when I went to ask the lady who was in the laboratory (black hair) she responded rudely, and was not friendly at all. The cleanliness is also worrying, the bathrooms are very dirty. No respect because they don't speak politely, to speak they shout.

I have been attending this clinic for many years. Dr Yoel Santana is excellent, very human, he listens to you and always helps you find the best solution to your needs. Dr Anny Casta once helped me solve a problem I had with a knee. So if you want to feel like family, this is the place.
