I feel very disappointed and my head fells like is exploding after the guy put me inside of the MRI machine without earplugs , the sound inside there is torturing and imagine without the earplugs, I wonder if he is even a professional. How can this even be possible ? This absolutely disrespectful and very dangerous,he didn’t even know what tools to use for my procedure . What a shame

I was contacted by this company because he was referred by my doctor. I emphasized I can only be in the office for an hour because I had a meeting to attend to, they scheduled me for 915, I waited until 950 And asked if they were delayed. They had 3 people ahead of me. One was inside, one was 20 min and one was a 45 minute Courtesy, I explained to the receptionist that I confirmed I had to be gone in a reasonable time and that I had a meeting to attend. I had confirmed with them that they would see me by 9:30. Annoyed by me she said I am sorry my boss trumped your appt for a courtesy, there is nothing I can do. When I tried to speak to the boss, he was no where to be found. So I left. How is this acceptable? Why is peoples time not respected? I will never return to this place.
