Premise Health Clinic

I have been to a few Premise clinics in different airports. This is by far the worst of them. Nurses are very rude, to the point you would think they hate their job. There are no doctors, the best you will get is an APRN who has very little clue on what they are doing. If you come in 15 min earlier than your appointment time, they will make you wait 15 min until your appointment time to see you. If you come in exactly at you appointment time, they will make you wait 15 min to see you. Whichever the case, you will have to wait. Very little professionalism, and very little caring for the patient. I hope I never have to go back there.

I came in at 11:15am needing to be seen since I was removed from a flight last night with an IOD. Last thing I wanted to do was move from bed this morning but here I am to make sure I am covered and dont get in trouble with my company. The receptionist came out at 11:55am to say they would be having a meeting and it was going to last an hour; then birthday balloons and a cake came in and they closed the windows. The meeting is a bday celebration while there are 3 of us waiting to be seen; I can only speak for myself as to the level of discomfort I am in while waiting and how unprofessional these people are.
