        After my third child, I experienced crippling fatigue, a significant weight gain, thinning of my hair and overall loss of control over my health. Having always been a very active and healthy individual, this was something I had never experienced or expected. I saw an endocrinologist and was treated for Hashimotos but couldnt lose any weight. Then I was given Dr. Zhuks number. I had no real hope, but he put me on a path to finally take back control of my weight and my health. He is so knowledgeable, supportive, and communicative. I have lost 44 pounds over the course of 6 months and have more energy than I have had in over 4 years. I finally recognize myself again in pictures! I highly recommend Dr. Zhuk and The Q Institute!

        Dr. Zhuk was so amazingly helpful when I was having trouble being heard by and getting treatment from so many other doctors! He took his time and really listened to my concerns and I felt like we were in collaboration for my health! He explained so much to me so I understood why he was suggesting treatments, instead of just being told what to do and having no idea why or what that looks like! I am SO grateful for Dr. Zhuk!

        Its rare to find MDs that will make a throughout review and scan of all your body to find areas that may need attention, and Dr.Zhuk is one of those gems. He is always up to date with the latest medical information, including biohacking and its a go-to for preventive health. Also, such a great human being!
