I had to come here for my VA DBQ exam and they made mistakes totally bias and their mistakes cost me 500 per month. I was getting 980 per month and after this visit it dropped to 479 per month because of Dr Perez mistakes and lies.

Avoid this place, Dr. Bush is definitely a non pro military doctor. First they get me into the room with someone else's chart. Then the Dr. gets pissy about it. Comes tells me to lets go into the room talks with demeanor about my problems, and as he's testing my range of motion gets mad every time and tells me is there a problem. After I explain to him multiple times that many of the things he's making me do cause me pain, he begins to say that his going to put that I am refusing to take the test when I'm doing everything he asks except I can move completely like in his delusions it should. I will talk to the organization that put him in network with military evaluations as he should not be allowed in it.(Also, when examining my jaw it kept popping and locking up and he would get mad because the measurements would be inconsistent. Like really?)

I was attended by Dr. Clinton Busch , on a VA referred appointment, please be aware specially veterans , he failed to perform a proper investigation of VA records to render a proper decision. the doctor was patronizing and quickly dismissed my medical documentations that I had on hand. He presented a very preliminary decision before proper information before VA. When I called the receptionist was a bit rude and unwilling to accommodate my needs. Veterans be very aware and demand proper assistance by this medical establishment. I felt I was rushed thru...

I was sent here as part of my annual medical screening for my 9/11 exposure.  Staff was fast in getting my tests finished early -- I went 30 min before my apt and was taken in and done in 45 min!  Excellent!   Now the bad.... this place is nasty dirty with water stains on ceiling tiles with drip marks down along walls, floors nasty and desperately needs storage space.  The center is in a warehouse district and reminds me of auto mechanic shop.. ‍.  I'll continue to come for physicals (no choice)
