If i could give it 0 stars, i will do it. Staff was completely rude to my mother when she was asking for help in Spanish and went to get a covid test. She was already register and had a confirmation code, but the staff was still telling her to scan some stupid barcode that will lead her to same website and questionary she already had filled up . Disappointed but not surprised that theres still people that make you feel inferior just because a language, even when you are completely on the right. Do not go to this place

I came here to get a covid test before my flight... When i arrived i made sure to ask if there covid tests where valid for flying. The staff insured me that they are and that they've never had anyone tell them otherwise. I noticed when getting my test that they literally where using a Self testing kit, this is after the fact i payed, i was confused and concerned that this would not be valid given the fact the wrote our names on a piece of paper saying we where negative with no email PDF copy. Yet again the staff insured me this would be fine . When i arrived at the airport the next day, the airline staff informed me there tests where not valid. This caused me to miss my flight, miss work i had that evening, pay for another test and pay for another airline. I expect to be compensated for atleast my negative test fee knowing the staff there have lied to me. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY HAVE UNVALID TESTS. i will not remove my review untill refunded.
