        I share the same issue with follow up and failure to submit claims. As a small business owner, taking a hit like this can close your doors. I have spent countless hours going through claims trying to figure out what is going on.

        I would give them a 0 if I could. If you want to get paid for the services provided, you will want to go with someone else. After switching to a new billing company, so many mistakes were found and many claims that did not get filed. Our clinic is out of thousands of dollars as by the time the errors were caught, it was too late to re-submit. I can count on one had on how many times I have ever left reviews, so that is how strongly I feel about this company! Do NOT sign up with them.
