A mechanic recommended this establishment to me. I didn't know him. I am writing to highlight the extraordinary level of service and customer care. They are very professional and make you the best recommendations. Today I had a serious problem, I needed a Solenoid for a Yamaha 150HP engine. Javier and Gabriel searched and managed to locate the piece in 15 minutes and tomorrow they will deliver it to me. For me, this way of serving customers makes the difference between a store that only sells to El Capitan that has excellence in treating its customers. Many thanks to the entire team of professionals who work there. Ahhhh and I thank you for the coffee, it was delicious.

This place is fenomenal to say the least, I walked in today to get some electrical supplies for a windlass installation and I was blown away by the amount of boats and fishing supplies these people have!!! First time on El Capitn and I dont t think Im ever again going to a different store. Javier took me around the store and made sure I had everything I was looking for before heading over to the cashier. The customer service on this store is fenomenal and great prices. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you again Javier and the rest of the team that helped me today.
