Good morning, I have a concern that has been going on for a while since we made kitchen and bathroom claims, ok kitchen and the insurance company paid a while ago. Why does it take so long to pay us? desperate to fix the kitchen but if they already paid why is it taking so long?

EDIT: Absolutely horrible. I was taken to mediation to hear from the insurance Co. How Mr. Claims took 8 months to submit my claim, and I never sent them the necessary docs so they were able to pay me the lowest amount possible for lack of evidence and lack of follow-up. I finally call the law co to find out where my tiny check was and they told me that Mr. Claims picked it up 3 months ago no one called me to tell me, neither from the public adjusters office nor the legal office. So, the public adjuster has been sitting on my cashed check for 3 months, probably making interest on my money, while I sit here waiting to see what's up. EDIT ***I called them a few days back to back, they gave me my check*** Mr. Claims also put a wrap on my new roof which did not need a wrap, and I had to keep it for 2 years while waiting for the stupid mediation to come thru. I had to pay out of my own pocket to remove the tarp, even though I did not need a wrap on my roof. Lack of comm and doing whatever they want and vaguely explaining it to me so I would give the ok to do so ***They gave me my check*** Although they affected my case by the way of doing things, they gave me the check, I went in person to pick it up. All is good

Horrible experience I have been waiting for months for the last payment of my claim and every time I call they give me a deposit date but they never do it, when I call they leave me waiting on line and sometimes they hang up on me It is a lack of seriousness and respect. I don't recommend them.

Worst business/customer interaction I have ever experienced in my life. This started when I received a call from my wife who was home when this company was soliciting illegally in our community. They knocked on our door and began to talk to my wife about the business. Asking to speak to the owner, my wife is part owner. They continued to speak to my wife in a demeaning manor while again asking if she is really the owner. At then end of the conversation and my wife telling them she was not interested they handed her a door tag with an employees name "Tatiana" on it. As they were leaving our property they said "Ok little girl" to my wife. This infuriates me. I tried calling the company to find out why an employee would be so rude to a potential customer. Someone by the name "Sam" answered the phone and asked how she could help. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. I was then told that I would not be transferred to a manager or supervisor without giving my full name, to which I refused. I then asked the receptionist for her full name to which she refused in a snarky way. The unwillingness to rectify the situation is why I will tell anyone that I know to never ever make contact with this company. People have bad days and I get that but every step of the way with this company has just been ridiculous. I am not a customer with this company and never will be.
