I never got my delivery and track# is not tracking my package. No one answers the phone.

I have a delayed order for two weeks. My address is two blocks from the company. I went and they didn't answer me. I have been on the phone for an hour, they answer me and they hang up on me. It is the worst currier company I have ever met in my life. They don't give me an answer

If there were NEGATIVE/ZERO stars I would give it! This delivery company is the absolute worst. I have attempted to get a delivery for over 3 weeks now and continuously get the run around. I still have yet to receive my order and am currently sitting on "hold" for forty mins. while I wait to speak with the Supervisor. Terrible, terrible company.

this company sucks!! I emailed them for over a week letting them know that the BOL indicates that all of our deliveries need to be scheduled ahead of time and they confirmed that the BOL did in fact indicate that. And guess what happens....the delivery shows up today not scheduled with me just like I knew would happen. I cant stand when lazy people dont do their jobs. How hard is it to pick up the damn phone and schedule a freaking delivery with your customers. You people suck!
