Poor experience. Might be a good option for those inexperienced. My office in china was in communication with Edwin. After all was confirmed, Edwin (ship Lilly China office) denied the shipment because he thought we were hiding dangerous goods (batteries) in the shipment. We are 10 year Alibaba gold suppliers and have no reason to hide batteries in our shipments. What a joke this company is. They should be 1 star: luckily I shared this experience with someone and they told me about a previous partner from ship Lilly. Who was very kind and help solved the shipment. Also the management team was suppose to call me back next day with a solution and they never did.
